Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was not happy with my nails by Aubry so I went back after being told she wouldn’t fix them for free she wanted to charge me to fix them. So I had to call the manager(Jessica) because I can’t afford to throw away money on my nails. I am still waiting for a call back from the manager and I even left a message. After she finally agreed to fix my nails for free she painted them the tan color which immediately started peeling that night. I even tipped her after both experiences because she is sweet and I liked her I just hated my nails. I just need my money back to fix my nails and they won’t refund or even call me back. They also don’t wear masks in the salon which I admit I’m also guilty of but it is still not professional at all. I have never asked for my money back in my life and this was the worst experience it’s been like war trying to get my money back so I can go get them fixed. I do not recommend this salon.
