I had a dip manicure on Thursday and on Saturday the dip polish already came off my thumb nail on both hands. I paid $99 for a dip manicure and gel pedicure. I am so disappointed. Waste of money. 2 days after gel dip the nails are falling off. I spent 50 dollars/ tip including. I tried to paint the ones that fell off with the closest color I had. Once I lost another one in the shower tonight making that a count of 4 nails falling off a few days after the service, I bite off the rest and they slid off so easily! Dip powder

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI went here with my grandmother for pedicures about 2 months ago and they did a fabulous job. The pedicure lasted 5 weeks and we were very pleased. Unfortunately today we didn’t have the best experience. I made an appointment today at 3:30 for 3 pedicures. We walked in at 3:30 and all chairs were filled. We sit down to wait and no one acknowledged us at all. We decided to wait but then 20 minutes went by and still no acknowledgement so we decided to leave. Very unpleased with the professionalism considering we were going to spend a good bit of money. I went here with my grandmother for pedicures about 2 months ago and they did a fabulous job. The pedicure lasted 5 weeks and we were very pleased. Severely disappointed. I just went on Thursday to have a manicure and pedicure done and here I am Tuesday making an appointment while I am out of town on vacation. I paid 55 dollars for nothing. I know it was late in the day when I went but that is no excuse for poor service especially when you gave the appointment. My nails are chipped and peeling. NEVER GOING BACK.
