Tried this salon for the first time a week ago and Vanessa was great. She did a fantastic gel manicure on me & helped me choose a great neutral pink polish. She also did an eyebrow wax and they’re perfect. One critical criteria that I always look for is sterilization of tools and this salon passed with flying colors. I’ve had several nail/skin infections at several nail salons in the past six months & by now would know if I had one – no infections! I most definitely shall be returning!

I asked for an almond shape French tip nail set.I asked if she could use a pink powder instead of a clear. She said I had to let her know ahead of time. She struggled with shaping my nails, and painting the French v cut. The nail tech was very rude . She charged me an extra 5 Dollar’s for a v cut French tip after she finished my set. And she still asked for a tip. I said no. I will not be doing my nail’s At Glitter nail’s again. Horrible service.

I am a new mom and had to take my daughter with me today to get my nails done for a wedding this weekend. She did good during my pedicure but then got fussy well doing my manicure, the women on the staff all helped with rocking her and feeding her so that I could still relax and finish my services. As I knew mom I don’t get a lot of “me” time so I am extremely thankful that not only did they perform great services but helped with my daughter as well! I highly recommend a visit here and will definitely be back myself!

THEY DO NOT HONOR RESERVATIONS!! Made reservations 2 weeks in advance to get pedicures for myself and bridesmaids (3 total guests) the day before my wedding. We arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment to a busy salon. We waited 15 minutes to be seated and then waited another 15 minutes in the chairs without being started while other guests around us stated they had been waiting 20+ minutes in chairs already without being started. We asked several times if they were going to be able to get to us soon. They continued to lie and say yes. At 20 minutes past our reserved appointment time we had to leave for our next event. Very disappointing!

I arrived for my appointment on time. They told me to take a seat and a lady got started on my nails. A few minutes later, another person walked in saying that she was there for her appointment and she looked irritated because I guess her appointment was with the lady that had started my nails. The nail lady then proceeds to tell me to move to another chair and gave me the gel nail color I selected. I waited a good half an hour on another nail tech’s chair and no one came to finish my nails. I felt humiliated and worthless like my appointment wasn’t important enough to keep. I had an appointment and was on time but they decided to go with the other person that had the appointment (even though she was late) probably because she’s been going there more. I finally got up and sat on the chairs by the cashier, mind you my nails were stripped of color and looked horrible because she had started the process on me. I sat there, humiliated and embarrassed. If my daughter hadn’t been getting a pedicure, I would have walked out. Finally, after an hour (or it felt like it anyway) or so of waiting, someone else finally decides to call me over. She was pleasant and apologetic but I was upset beyond belief. That had been my second and last time there. I will never go back again. Their nails are good otherwise but their customer service is terrible.

Me & my sister came in today and I was very disappointed. The lady that did my pedicure was rushing, she hurt me with the nail file and she kept throwing her empty lotion packets in the water while my feet where still in there. She put my sandals back on and painted my toes which I have never seen before, but the most annoying thing was the guy that kept on trying to get my sister to buy a more expensive pedicure. His energy was horrible he was rude telling my sister to turn off her massage chair, making her bend down so he could do her manicure between her legs. He was even rushing too, he asked me what time it was when there was no one waiting in the lobby. Online it says they close at 7 pm this happened at 4:30pm. You guys need better bedside manner because being there today was so uncomfortable.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever received. The lady didn’t massage me at all, on top of that she cut the side of my nails and when they grew back they were extremely painful. Hurting for weeks after, I’ve never had this issue before. I will never return. Very rude and added a bunch of additional charges that they did not mention before service was complete.

Beware lumpy nail and customer service is terrible. They talk among themselves not focused on you. Rushed through pedicure did not relax at all. Massage chair didn’t work. Eye brows did wrong. Do Not GO HERE.
