I went in wanting to get a new set but ended up waiting two hours just to be seen. The place was understaffed and all 4 of them were alternating with the clients that were there. I had originally wanted them to take off my old acrylic set and do a new one but after two hours of waiting I was fed up and just wanted to leave. I left with just a clear polish set on my natural nails. Will never be going back here

Critical: QualityI came in yesterday. The man that did my feet was very good. Happy friendly and did a great job making me feel good about coming in. But the man who did my nails and painted my feet. Not so great. Sloppy on paint missed big spots on toes. I got gel polish on nails and there is waterprints and bubbles in polish. Plus nails uneven and also some longer than others and also shaped wavy almost. I really do not like them and will be going somewhere else on Tuesday to get done over. I came in yesterday. The man that did my feet was very good. Happy friendly and did a great job making me feel good about coming in. But the man who did my nails and painted my feet. Not so great. I did my nails with the owner. First time and definitely the last. All I wanted was a refill. I have pink+ white acrylics. The owner had zero experience with acrylics, let alone pink+white. It took nearly 2 hours a to do a refill. She couldn’t even file my nails straight. I had to file my own nails. Ladies, if you have acrylics, this is not the place. She still even had the audacity to charge me. All of my nails look horrendous. What a disappointment.

The service was terrible they leave polish on your toes don’t file all toes nails the same. There’s no nail dryers my nails got messed up, not worth $47 for manicure and pedicure!!

Beautiful work and rarely have I seen a nail technician that is so dedicated to their craft that they take their time instead of just getting you out in less than 10 minutes…in addition, its refreshing to have someone from a foreign company care enough to speak English and not ramble on with eachother. Excellemt customer service…lovely accesories and jewelry very classy amd for a reasonable price
