If I could give ZERO stars, I would!! I have went in the last 2 nights to get my nails done. Apparently they don’t like money. The sign and internet both say they are open until 7:00pm. I walked in the door at 5:45pm on the 1st night and 5:35pm on the 2nd night. I believe in 2nd chance but NEVER do I give 3 chances. Shame on you guys!!

I don’t like giving bad reviews to places but I am hoping they read this and maybe do better. I have been in there three times in the past two years and haven’t had a good experience but I didn’t want to drive to bowling green so I thought I would give them another chance. I paid 40.00 for the good pedicure and didn’t even get the top coat put on my toes. I also got dip powder on my finger nails and the lady did a horrible job. The dip doesn’t go all the way to the sides on most of my nails. My nails are thicker on top and she did it so fast she cut my cuticles with the drimmel. She cut five of my nails with her drimmel and if she would have just slowed down a little that would not have happened. She was in such a hurry to get to the next client, my nails suffered. She should have taken the time to do mine right instead of trying to get to the next customer. I should have said something but honestly I didn’t want to say anything out of anger so I left. I will not be back ever! Do better Glitter and Gold!

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueThey did not do what either of us asked them to, all of our nails are completely different lengths, super glue was left underneath our nails and even on our hands. They didn’t do our cuticles. The nail is starting to separate from several of my nails on both of our hands. They also kept trying to get us to do something more expensive.

Just had a manicure and pedicure at Glitter and Gold. Very nice clean location. Quick, efficient and a beautiful set of nails (both). Would definitely recommend.

Critical: QualityAbsolutely not. 100% the worse nail salon I have ever been to. I went with my mom to get my nails done for my ENGAGEMENT and they were horrific. I even went back to get them redone because I was not satisfied, and they where worse than the first set. The first time I asked for an ombre and they made straight lines across my nails. The second time I had them just make them matte and the nail polish started making bubbles which popped around 10 hours later and was oozing black nail polish everywhere. So I went back and got them removed and they never even returned my money. It was $75!!! My daughter was sitting holding her nail polish like everyone does. And the man decided to be rude and hollor at her to put it on the floor yeah nah she didn’t do anything wrong. When everyone sitting was holding there nail polish at there seat but yet because she was sitting so quietly and only being 11 and this being her very first time to ever have her nails done professional as we sat there as a family a mom with her 3 daughters just 1 person was told to sit it down. Nah she may have been only 11 but she was sitting there waiting like the rest of us grown up were. No reason to ever be asked to sit her nail polish down as she done nothing to warrant that sentence as I can read. Where you break a bottle of nail polish it’s 5.00 good got it. But,why have that sign if you take the choices away from the parent sitting with there child? Idk just was uncool and uncalled for.
