My daughter had her 6th birthday party here in February very nice place. They will try to accommodate you as best they can. We were a party of 11…kids had a lot of fun.

The cutest place ever!!! We treated our 6 year old twin girls for their birthday and adults and kids were equally blown away. Staff was kind and gentle with them, letting them pick out their nail polish, makeup, rings, and even the music they played in the store! SO many photo opps LOL!!! My girls felt like total VIP, it was so much fun! You can find our YT video on usjapanfam 🙂

I went into the store with the girls I babysit. The store was absolutely beautiful and our glam girl, Olivia, did such a nice job. She is so sweet, patient, and did an amazing job on their nails and hair. The service is great and I recommend bringing your kids there as they will have a great experience!!

I took my daughter here for the 10th birthday and i am so happy i did. Wonderful customer service. She got treated like the princess that she is. Sydney was simply amazing, so nice and super sweet. I recommend this place 100% and will definitely be going back soon.

We brought our daughter here to be pampered in her 8 th birthday. The girl who worked on her, I believe her name was Victoria but I could be wrong was the best. She gave my daughter her undivided attention and did a great job on as her hair and makeup and nails. It was a prefect fun day.

Such an amazing place to bring your little ones for a pampering!! The staff is extremely friendly and will always make your little girls feel like a princess. The store is VERY clean and organized, with many toys to choose from. I recommend bringing your little ones for a birthday party or even an appointment!

I wanted to love it but was so disappointed. The decor of the place is beautiful unfortunately the service is not worth the price. The mani/pedi consist of a poorly done nail polish. I had to ask them to fix the polish all around my daughters nails. It looked like the girls polished their own nails. There was no filing or cutting/shaping of nails. The facial was 4 dots of what looks like lotion, put on forehead, cheek and chin and immediately removed. No facial massage. The ladies although polite were unorganized. Two however got into an argument during the party and one proceeded to storm out while the other ladies looked around and smiled trying to keep composure. I had already spoken to someone about having pizza however the person failed to put it on the notes. The lady there was nice enough to order the pizza. The party before us was late by 10 mins and somehow they were so quick to rush everything along that by 3:30 we were done. So 10 mins late to start and 10 mins early to end. I stayed until the 3:40pm time because I waited for the girls to return from the restroom although they had packed our things and removed them. All in all $754 later for 6 girls to have terrible polished nails and lotion was not worth it. I had to apologize to the parents when dropping off the girls home as the moms were cringing when looking at their daughters nails. It’s a great concept and I think could be a successful business however the staff needs more training, a standard operating procedure and supervision. Two stars because the ladies had a great attitude and were nice and they fixed the pizza error.
