She listened, asked questions, gave suggestions and made sure both she and I were on the same page regarding what I wanted for my hair. The first time I went to see Snow, I got my hair cut for the first time in like 10+ months and it was a calm, relaxing atmosphere, a few days later I went back and she did a spiral perm, which I absolutely love!!
