I’ve been to the shop three different times. There have have been three different ladies at the check-in desk every time- each lady one more friendly, kind, and professional than the last. It’s like they’re in competition! Never mind the great rates and quality beds, and always full to the brim candy jar; the genuine heartfelt care and comfort offered by the staff is why I’ll remain a loyal customer.

Excellent customer service! This place is kind of a Cheers place. You feel right at home! The beds and lamps are beyond fantastic. I have tanned other places and got more color in a couple tans than I did in a whole month elsewhere!!!

I tanned in September. I purchased 2 spray tans. The first tan I ended up splotchy and extremely unevenly colored. I was headed on a trip the next day. I called in and asked what could be done and asked for a refund. A girl wanted to see what I was talking about so she drove from Glenwood to Rifle. She agreed that the tan was not acceptable. She brought with her a cream that was supposed to take the tan off and a bottle of self tanner. I told her I didn’t want the tanner but she said to keep anyhow. The cream was a used bottle from the salon. The cream turned out to be an exfoliant with did nothing to get the tan off. I called and let the manager know. She said she would refund my money. I have called every other week with last call being 11-29-12 and still have not received a refund. At first I was told it was in the mail, then I was told “well you got the cleaner and the self tanning lotion” and now I am simply told the manager is not there. I would not use that salon every again and assume I will not get my money back.

This place is called Mystic Tans now. I really like it here. This is a tan location that is down to earth and reasonably priced. They have the best customer service too! I highly recommend.
