I came here last minute after I needed my nails. I love that they answered the phone because I headed straight over. I wish I got the name of the lady who did my nails but she was the first person on the left. She was so pleasant! Also I like my nails extremely pointy and she was able to get the perfect shape so yes yes shout out to her. Very satisfied with my nails. Also got a gel pedicure here and again a great experience. This was great experience and I’ll definitely come back again. Place is clean, employees are super nice! It also was a warm environment- a ton of people there knew staff by name so showed that they have great custom service and a great rapport with the area!

Initially went for a pedicure back in Nov. ‘21 and they did a good job. Went back to get my nails done in early Feb. ‘22 for my birthday. It’s been some time since I’ve had a full set of acrylics as I’ve been doing my own and they turn out great. I decided to treat myself and got an ombré “American manicure” set. Kim did a quick and efficient job. I went back for a refill and Kim was quick and seemingly efficient. I needed my nails fresh for a special event at my business. One of my nails popped off within 24h and I called first thing in the morning to see if I come come in and have it glued back on real quick. They were extremely rude and flat out said NO after I spent $120 in there the day before. I glued it back on myself. Went back again against my better judgement and dropped another shitton of money on another lousy job. Within 4 days 2 nails popped off. Needless to say I’ll never go back there again. Overpriced for bs work. Step your game up!

Went to this place today, not only had to wait to be seen for over 40 minutes but then was asked to sit for a pedicure where i had to sit at the chair for another 30min or more waiting to have someone service me. Understandably they make preference to apts, so several people who had apts kept coming in. Not only are they understaffed, they seemed to double book themselves so by the time you thought they were going to tend to you, they were moving on to the next apt. In other words, if trying to go here, make an apt first. Also if making an apt first be prepared to wait also because I saw quite a few people waiting over 30min to be seen from their scheduled apt. Also the place doesn’t seem to be so clean. The floors seemed dirty and overall was not pleased with this place. After waiting for almost an hour and a half I ended up walking out! If I could give it 0 stars I would because one star doesn’t even fit this place! Please read the comments before you go here because I wish I had!
