When I walked in I was a bit anxious about any haircut, like I usually am. Yelena “listened” to all of my concerns and applied this to her suggestion. Her experience resulted in my natural curly hair getting just a trim and removing all of the scraggly edges which left me with healthy looking hair. I was also informed how to properly use my flat iron so that I will not damage my hair further. Glenn Royce is very affordable and will be my new Salon. Thank you, Yelena!

Im writing on behalf of my girlfriend who had a terrible experience here. While getting her hair cut, the woman who was working on her proceeded to rudely talk about her apperance. Calling her fat and saying that if she chose that certain lengeth of hair that her double chin would pop out more. Also charged her for extra services without even asking. I would not recommend this place to anyone after hearing about her experience.
