Can’t believe the low rating. I stumbled on the place and got an amazing massage from Coco during which she gently cracked my spine in 5 places better than a chiro. Relaxing ambience, nice music, otherwise very quiet…I will gladly drive from Santa Monica to return-this is one of the best experiences and I’ve had dozens of pro massages.

Originally gave a good review of this place when I first came. Masseuse, was good, but when I came back, the masseuse I had kept asking me to tip her the $20 she saw I had after paying up front for my massage. Very unprofessional. Never went back afterwards.

This was my third time there, and let me tell you, it will be my last time. The first time, there wasn’t an issue. The second time, I noticed how unprofessional they were but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This time, I scheduled an appointment with Nancy and showed up 25 mins after I spoke to them. Nancy acted like I had no appointment – embarrassed me in front of a few customers and made me feel stupid. I was about to walk out, but at this point, I was so desperate for a massage, I ended up keeping my appointment. After my massage was over, as I was writing a tip for her, she stood next to me, put on her glasses and watched to see how much I left her. She then grabbed the receipt, looked at me and gave me a sarcastic laugh and stormed off and started talking smack in their language. I will never, ever go back to this place. There is ZERO customer service. I mean, did she expect a NICE tip after the way she treated me the minute I walked in? It wasn’t even a bad tip. I could have left it at 0, which I should I have with that behavior. The massage was really good, but unfortunately, they’re overly rude and obnoxious and don’t know how to treat customers – especially repeat customers! Shame on you.

I went for my appointment despite all the bad reviews and I don’t know what everyone’s complaining about my appointment was wonderful. The place was clean and had a very relaxing atmosphere. And my massage was wonderful. I gave my mosusa a big tip because she worked very hard at it and after all that’s what they work on his tips. Even with a really good tip it was still a great deal! I will definitely go back

I would never go back here again. It’s a thousand degrees in the building, you’re asked to prepay, and PRE-TIP (A LOT), before you’re even seen. The woman at the front desk was creepy and demanding. I had to LOUDLY demand for my money back and left before I had even been seen. It’s strange, as I’ve had a good experience twice here before.

If I can give them a -5 review I would. Me and husband usually go here because its close to our house but after tonight we will NEVER GO BACK. They have 0 customer service and the lady that did the message on my husband spent 30 min out the hour on the damn phone. Did I mention they took our money before they even start so even if you are not satisfied it doesn’t matter because they already took your money. Worst place EVER WILL NEVER COME BACK RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
