Very disappointing, I have been here 1 time before about a year ago and the service was great. Today I have been calling for the past 90 minutes (maybe 10 plus calls) to make an appointment and nobody will answer the phone. Perhaps they are just very busy, which I understand so I tried to go online and book an appointment and that wasn’t possible either. I don’t know the circumstances as to why they are not answering the phone so I still gave 4 stars.

Really sucks when this is the only shop in town open until 7pm and you stop at 625pm with an empty shop and get turned away by a polite, unwilling to work women. Stopped in once before also, with an empty shop and was turned away. This time it was because her pizza just got there. My 10 minute fade would have been quick and easy. Never had my hair take longer than 20 minutes. Sad part is, I saw the dominos and I know it’s close to closing. She was probably going to get slipped a 50 after.
