Took my mom to go get our nails done here as a late Mother’s Day present and they were amazing! Quick and also very efficient, we had a great time talking with the staff as they went above and beyond what we asked for! Nothing hurt, and they look great!

This is my #1 nail salon! have attempted such countless different places however this spot has shown to be the best like clockwork. I have never had a terrible encounter here and I have gone to various individuals. I’ve had plunge nail trims, gel nail treatments, pedicures and acrylics done here and they come out wonderful without fail. The salon is incredibly spotless, adorable and comfortable. I think the costs are truly sensible for the nature of administration you get here. They have a brilliant choice of varieties for gel and customary clean. What’s more, to finish it off you get a free beverages.

The nail designers would pick up my phone with my reference image and show it to others and laugh, it made me feel more unwanted and like a chore that a paying customer. My nails came out very lumpy and expensive for a design that didn’t show up very well which which understand for glitter, but I think multiple coats would have helped.

awful. The lady who did my nails cut me multiple times on my finger with a nail file because she was too busy talking sh!t and gossiping with the lady standing over her shoulder. (i understand Vietnamese)

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy tech, Tammy, was so nice and a perfectionist, which I appreciate! I had a regular manicure. Then I had my brows and lip waxed. They did my five year old’s nails for $7! They were so kind and understanding of a young child having to wait for mommy to finish her nails. Long was a gem! He redid a nail that was smeared during waxing with no problem. I highly recommend Glee Nail Bar. We will be returning! My tech, Tammy, was so nice and a perfectionist, which I appreciate! Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI will not be back. I requested dipped manicure and regular polish pedicure with matching colors. I was told I only needed to pick one color number from the samples. I am new to dipped nails so didn’t know that was wrong. When the work was almost done I had two completely different colors. Again… new to dipped so I didn’t realize they were doing it wrong. The solution proposed was to paint over my fingernails with a different color in gel, then “come back in a week when it chips.” That makes no sense. Ultimately, the technician filed a little more and changed the color on my fingernails. However, she was clearly annoyed so she kept hitting the skin on my fingers with the filing drill. I pointed out that my fingers were bleeding multiple times and she kept saying, “you have very thin skin.” So, I left with correct nail color and 6 fingers with broken skin. Several days later, my fingers still hurt. Not the relaxing service I expected and I paid a lot of money to leave with damaged skin. I feel like this was also very unsanitary. I hope she cleaned my blood off the drill before using on the next customer. I posted a pic of one hand with cuts circled. One finger is starting to look infected.Services: Manicure, Dip powder, PedicureI will not be back. I requested dipped manicure and regular polish pedicure with matching colors. Critical: Quality, ValueNot going to glee anymore. This makes me so sad. I have been going to glee nails since they opened. They were always super friendly, professional, fast and did an amazing job. Something happened. The management changed and all the great regular girls left.I was there for 2 hours for a mani pedi. They charged me incorrectly. And hunted me down to my car to get charged again! My sweet daughter asked for a simple flower design and ended up with what looks like a fried egg. Not happy.Have to look for a new place.Services: Manicure, Acrylic nails, PedicureNot going to glee anymore. This makes me so sad. I have been going to glee nails since they opened. Went to this place for the second time today with three people and I had the worst experience. I told Kim to make my nails thicker and all she did was added some pink color on an ombré nails. When I told her that she didn’t add the mint color she started arguing with me and said she did. I didn’t like the customer service I received today, the first time was so much better. Based on my first time experience I recommended 5 people to this place and now I will think twice before I recommend this place. Have to go find a new place going forward.

I have been going to this establishment for years. Once upon a time, it used to be more of a personable experience. Staff actually got to know you and made a sincere effort to give you an A+ experience. Nowadays, it’s a feeling of you’re a number and get ‘em and get ‘em out ASAP. Additionally, staff has changed extensively where once before you knew everyone. I used the same nail tech for years and once a new owner came into play, obviously, things changed. Hence, the nail tech did as well. Decided to try another and the work she does is A+ but I feel she’s become complacent with me. She has told me on many occasions what I need versus what I want. If I want my cuticles trimmed she should acknowledge that and not tell me I don’t need it (her wanting to hurry along). In addition, I feel she’s a little aggressive with how she pulls on my hands. Have you ever gotten a pedi and manicure at the same time? One should enjoy the experience of being pampered. Not told a negative and feel rushed as to why you can’t have both at the same time. Again, she’s in a hurry and the experience isn’t as enjoyable any longer. The manicures are always great quality work but it’s the in-between stuff that is bothersome. That being said, I’ve ventured out to other nail bars for quite some time since, the most recent management change. If I’m going to pay top dollar for a sub par service/feeling, I might as well keep an open mind to other establishments as there are tons to choose from and I have. I still frequent Glee Nail Bar but it’s not the A+ salon it once was when I initially started going six years ago. No longer my favorite. Hence, I no longer go as regularly as long ago. This third management change is by far the worse. Again, just my feeling but I have taken notice long ago. It’s simply another business trying to make a quick buck versus the, once upon a time, personal experience.
