Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI LOVE this salon, and I love the owner even more. She LISTENS to you and creates a family environment. First of all, I am not Hispanic and I feel comfortable there and she speaks English very well so ALL races are more than welcome. She NOT ONLY makes your hair pretty, like other salons I have been to, But she TAKES CARE of your hair and makes it healthy as well. I usually get my natural afro hair washed, deep treated, and blow dried and flat ironed by her. The straightness lasts weeks and still when I wash my hair my curls return UNDAMAGED. She has magical hands and sometimes she has her sister there and some other helpers, and they are very good as well. She does the MAIN part of the style but they may wash or de-tangle for her… ad she always ASKS you if you’re ok with them doing this or if you want her to… and that’s very considerate. I love this salon, and it is not very large but offers so many services. It is hands down my favorite salon to go to and is the ONLY salon i trust to straighten my hair as I’ve had my hair straightened elsewhere and though it looked good… it was permanently damaged. She has amazing product that actually work… she sells them to you too and actually helps you SAVE MONEY. Vanecia brought my hair back to life and for that, I am forever grateful. I LOVE this salon, and I love the owner even more. She LISTENS to you and creates a family environment.
