I came into my appointment with two other people already getting styled. I was asked to wait in the waiting room but not for to long. Everything went really well with the wash and dry she was really fast. after that I asked about hair wrapping and I really did appreciate that she helped me learn. When styling my hair the side of my forehead got burned, I honestly didn’t even notice the mark until I got home. . Overall I had a really good experience despite being burned.

I told her about the soreness and the itching. Just relocated to the area and didn’t know where to go for my hair care needs. Referred by my aunt, I finally gave Glamourous Style a try. Oh and I’m so glad I did. I came to Kristal after I just removed faux locs, with having hair loss in the middle of my head. I called it a sun roof. In denial I actually had alopecia. Kristal did a consultation and told me to trust her, she can grow it back with a couple treatments. Sure enough almost a year later my sun roof have grown in and my hair is healthier than it’s ever been. I must say I’ve gained an honest friend, with whom I like to call my hair doctor. Thank you Kristal for all your hard work and honesty. She’s always on time with getting clients in and out. Did I mention professional. You couldn’t pay me to go any where else. FINE HAIR CAN BE FULL ! This is my second time going to this salon. Kristal is amazing and sooo nice . I learned so much about my hair while here and can’t see myself going anywhere else.
