My husband brought me here as a treat for a pedicure because I had just had surgery. The lady was not friendly. The pedicure was the most basic pedicure that could be done. When she was done she told me to go over to the table to dry with no slippers on, just in my bare feet! I was disgusted. I will never go back. Pedicure

The girl was so rude to me that did my nails. She was not professional; no please no thank you. She seemed irritated the entire time I sat there. She finally snapped and said it was my fault the lit up machine was not working. Then rudely asked, “Are you mad?!”. What on earth!? I said, “No, I am stunned at the horrible customer service. I feel like I did something wrong by being a customer here.” Then the manager came out and said, “Just get your nails done and pay and leave.” I was stunned as he had been really nice last month when I got a pedicure here. I will follow his advice: I paid, wished the angry girl a positive day, and promptly left. I will NOT be back.

my mom went there today to get her nails done, & she just showed me them, and the nail polish is on the finger, the nail polish wasn’t completely dry. i called to tell them that they didn’t looked like they were done professionally. my 10 year old sister has done a better paint job. & they got rude on the phone and told me to “ get them done somewhere else”. never going back again.
