I needed to get my lashes removed last minute and they were able to take me on right away! I called the morning of my appointment and they were able to let me in that afternoon. There were very clean and professional. They were also extremely reasonable with my situation and very kind throughout the whole process. I never consider getting my lashes done at a salon but because of my experience here, I will be coming back in the future again!

I have never had micro blading done and the person who was my tech explained every thing she was doing and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I am scheduled to have my 6 week touch up and unfortunately the person who did my session is no longer there BUT I was given a courtesy call to let me know and reschedule my appointment. I am looking forward to see how this staff is being that it is going to be at there downtown Riverside academy. Although I did not receive other services other then the micro blading I did hear others having lash extensions and those professionals were also polite and explained the process step by step as well.
