Price is too much for its techniques and service. Booked 10:30 and they modified it to 10:45 without any notice, after I got there they let me wait until 11:00. They do not change the sheet after the last costumer and it smells gross. Cindy is horrible at what she does and on top of it being disrespectful and unable to communicate.Tipped 12% and will never go again.

The scheduler was so kind and helpful and got me in same day at the Seattle location. I told Katie ( I believe that is her name) what I was looking for and she went way above my expectations.
