Ive been to this place several times. Have got a Brazilian wax from here on multiple occasions and have been very satisfied. However, I went to this salon a couple weeks ago and noticed that there was a new girl doing the wax. Im not sure if she was new or if the other girl just wasn’t there that day. Either way the girl who did my wax that day made my experience horrible!! First and foremost , I have been waxing for a while and this lady made this wax hurt more than my very first wax hurt. In addition to that , she walked in on me while I was getting undressed!! no knock or anything. In addition to that , she burned my lady bits with the wax several times and once I was finished, she didn’t leave the room so that I put my clothes back , instead she just started cleaning up while I was still in the room. At that point I was so ready to leave and once I got home , I noticed that she didn’t get all the hair!! Like I said before , Ive been waxing for a while now and my hair is on the same schedule and there is no reason why all of the hair wasn’t removed!! With that being the case , I noticed the next couple days that I was getting ingrown and that hasn’t been a problem before. This visit was an absolute nightmare and I will not be returning. I honestly should’ve called them to get my money back!

They don’t rush and my eyebrows always look great. During covid they have adjusted and I feel safe there. Some of the girls even use their neck to thread instead of the traditional ways to make the customer feel safer.

Chandana does a really great job every time. She asks all the relevant questions and gives good suggestions. I have been going to her for almost a year now and not once I was disappointed. I generally go to her for threading and waxing. But when I had my first Brazilian ever, she was the one to encourage me and she did put me at ease, as I was freaking out. She always take care of my comfort first. Now, even if she has opened her salon at another place which is a bit farther from my place, I still go to her. Thank you, Chandana.

I have been coming here since I moved to Texas a year ago! Chandana recently just moved to this location, which is much more spacious compared to the old Lewisville location. I usually get a Brazilian here and sometimes arms and eyebrows. She is super sweet and attentive. I enjoy conversing with her as it makes the process much less painful. I am usually in and out in 15 minutes or less! The pricing is extremely reasonable and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a dependable place. I usually just text her when I want to make an appointment and she is super flexible. She also has military and student discounts available. You really can’t beat the price around this area!
