Went to get lashes done yesterday and they fell off 2 hours later. I call them today because they were already closed when they fell off. I don’t think they use the right glue. Owner was so rude when I asked for money back or at least store credit. The first girl who answered was trying to be helpful and offered a store credit then the owner snatched the phone from her and started screaming no money back no credit. They never told us anything about caring for lashes only that they would last 7 days. Horrible service! I know one of their staff quit and opened her own business, so I’ll be going there from now on!

I used to love this place but I noticed there are 2 younger girls working here now and they are both HORRIBLE. Don’t let anyone under 40 touch your face. I got tinted eyebrows with almost no tint and sideways eyelashes.

I went to this place and trusted them to give me the best results. I had a really really bad experience. The wax left me with burns and a rash. The customer service is horrible. The workers do not know what they are doing.. Please do not trust them. They are not honest and they will burn your skin with wax. Body waxing

Just tried this location based on the reviews… either everybody lying or I got the worse person in the place. I’ll never be back! I asked for my brows not to be thinned out, but that’s exactly what she did. Also left cotton all over my waxed lip smh. $15 wasted
