Ok so I’ve been a client here for a long time. I called for appt with Cathy( which she is the best so I kept coming back here bcoz of her) The owner Kelly said come @3. So i went@3, Kelly told me to sit in one of the pedi chair and that Cathy will be right with me coz she’s doing someone’s nails.(which I think she just started doing someone’s nail prior me coming, when literally I called to make an appt with her at 3pm)

Never met more racists women in my life…rude, money hungry and always thinking about money and charging money unfairly…went here 3 times or so and they started off with a low price and when you ask for the same price the next time…the lady shouts no! yet she gave that price on the first and second service and even gave me a card with the figure to present the next time! So…once you come back the fourth time…here’s the kicker and I’m the customer —wait, were busy, so and so is not here to do your nails, if someone else does it will be….! and such horrible spirits and attitudes—so immature for older women who seem to be the majority. If you’re a person of color…I’d avoid this shop. Good, mature, pleasant service is key!

This place is the worst ever. I got a serious infection in my left hand nail, the lady was talking with someone else when she was doing manicure. Suddenly, she cuts the nail too much, it bled but I thought it would be better, but it doesn’t.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI had gone here a couple times for a fill on the dot every two weeks.I was disappointed when they started lifting and even more disappointed when I went in again and one of the girls noticed I had a fungus on my natural nail under the acrylic.She went on with the service and said it was fine, not to worry about it and continued with the fill.I have since taken my acrylics off at home and discovered that I now have a fungus on MULTIPLE FINGER NAILS.I don’t know if they’re changing out the drill bits for every client but this is the FIRST TIME I’ve ever had any issues with acrylics like this. Have been going to Glamor Nails & Spa for years now. All the ladies are nice and friendly. Anna does my nails (acrylic) and have never had any of them lift. A little pricy but i Highly recommend them.

This place is hit and miss. They had a girl wait 40 minutes as other later arriving customers were serviced. When she mentioned it, no one responded and she left. Last time i asked for no gel the lady tried her hardest to give me gel. They tried to charge my 10 year old adult prices. So i always give businesses a 2nd try. So far its still mediocre by far. Theres still a lot to learn about customer service and client service order here.
