I was so excited how soft and beautiful my hair felt after leaving her stylist chair. I had an appointment with Bailey and she was beyond amazing! I was so excited how soft and beautiful my hair felt after leaving her stylist chair. She was very good at listening to what I envisioned my hair to look like, even when I was not able to describe it completely, and yet she managed to make me feel amazing. I will definitely be returning to this salon again.

Where do I start?? I saw Alisa today, and she was able to understand exactly what I wanted, and did not try to alter my hair vision. This was a refreshing experience, and she made me feel unbelievably comfortable. She transformed my hair and made me feel like a million dollars, but for a very reasonable price. I typically go to Tacoma for my hair, but I’ll keep my services with Alisa from now on. Loved her, and the salon!

Critical: Quality, ValueI have been wanting a Brazilian blowout for about 5 years but was always afraid of ruining my hair but I finally decided to give it a try. My hair is long, brown and curly. I did an extensive amount of research and read reviews for places all around my area and even some outside of my area. I was looking for a highly rated stylist to do a Brazilian blowout, cut and cover greys and apply blonde highlights. I searched many many places and was so happy when I found Glamour Salon. Unfortunately, I had my hopes far too high. I decided to go with Alisa because of her amazing reviews. She had to reschedule twice due to her pet not doing well, which I am 1000% okay with because I love animals and I have pets of my own so I understand, that was no biggie. So we re-scheduled it for March 20th. I felt very comfortable at my appointment, Alisa was great and very personable. She told me to go 7 days w/o washing, if possible, to let the Brazilian blowout product stay on my hair as long as possible. Well, I washed it on the 7th-8th day and I was expecting to have soft, silky beautiful hair, like it was immediately after she finished. My hair was waxy, stringy, so tangly (even more than before when my hair was curly) and it went straight back to being as curly as it was before my blowout. I also can still see all of the grey hairs that I had pointed out to her that I wanted colored. My bill was $480 (I left a $70 tip because initially after my appointment I LOVED my hair). I basically paid someone $500 to straight iron my hair, cut it and throw some highlights in (which btw are clumped in only a few spots throughout my hair). I did message Alisa and let her know what was going on and she thought maybe it was the shampoo & conditioner I used but I let her know that I only use the sample products she gave me and Joico.
