I normally drive 45 minutes for the salon because it is my favorite. However, I went in for a nail fix today. There was a man and a woman working. The man repeatedly burned me. I also had to ask him to redo it three times because it didn’t match the others. Therefore, he left three layers of acrylic on my nail. I showed him four separate times which color I wanted. When I told him it didn’t look right, he said he couldn’t find the original color. He was obviously not experienced. I asked if somebody else could do it and the lady told me it looked fine. The man also kept touching the acrylic before it set which left bumps and fingerprints. I now have one burned, thick, and off-color now.

Staff is nice, but the wait time can get long and they dont always go by the sign in sheet which is annoying. Also some workers are better at nails than others, the guy I had today didnt do that great. Didnt cut my cuticles, left extra glue from tips on my skin.

My 1st time going to a nail salon in Pa. The workers were friendly. Loved how they had all the matching nail polish to go with the Sns powder dips. I’m from NY & they don’t have matching nail polish for the powder dips so you can match your pedicure.
