I’ll never go back, got cut 7 times while getting my nails done, after that they felt like lava for hours. New professional nail tech said “oh no, it’s going to take a while to get those off and your nails will need a break before a new set” the middle one broke a week later also spent 200$ after tip. This review is for the customer service only – I had a noon appointment and called right before I started driving there to confirm. When I was 4 minutes late, one of the women working there told me I’d have to wait 45 minutes and was very, very rude to me when I told her I couldn’t wait. I have never had someone be that rude before and I was less than 5 minutes late! Please don’t support a business that can be so disrespectful to customers who show up so excited and courteous. They are unreliable and try to blame/punish the client for expecting an appointment to be honored.
