Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI took my two daughters and myself to Glamour Nails in Castle Rock and never will I step foot in there again. They were not abiding by the 6ft separation rule or the under #10 people in the shop at one time. The worst thing is that I was quoted prices on the phone that was doubled by the time we were done. One of my daughters had a full set of nails done and the other had only a manicure with painted designs. Both of them were charged $52 dollars each and I was quoted $28 for he manicure and $28 for my pedicure which I was charged $48. They said it was because I picked gel polish. And were so rude to us three, they were only speaking to each other and did not talk to one of my daughters at all and my other daughter only a few times. I have never had such an upcharge in my life without at least being warned of additional charges. And to top it all off I told her to put all three charges on my card, she gave me the receipt and we walked out the door only to have all three employees come out screaming at us and one calling the police because my daughter did not pay. I explained that I told her to put it on my card because of the up charge my daughter did not have enough money but she didn’t. I took my two daughters and myself to Glamour Nails in Castle Rock and never will I step foot in there again. They were not abiding by the 6ft separation rule or the under #10 people in the shop at one time. The worst thing is that I was quoted prices on the phone that was doubled by the time we were done.
