I went in to get a waxing with my daughter. They greeted us fine and were friendly. We had hopes that they could do something as simple as an eyebrow wax. My daughter expressed that she wanted her eyebrows cleaned up around and said “not thinned.” I needed mine groomed a lot. They took off more than half her eyebrows and barely trimmed mine. In addition to my daughter’s very thin from very full eyebrows, they aren’t even at all. She cried the minute we got in the car and the whole way home. Needless to say, this is very disappointing, and we will never go again.

Not satisfied at all. My nails look okay, I got a basic full set with white tip. None of them are the same length. They charged me for removing my previous color but left bits and pieces on the edges. I had gel over acrylic, and instead of soaking them off, they filed it off, burning my nail beds and was about to put acrylic over over the old acrylic until I stopped him. I guess you pay what you get for, but dang not even the same length? Will not go back.

Don’t go go here poor workmanship and horrible quality. I went in for a refill and left with crooked nails, sloppy gel polish. Went in the next day asked for my nails to be done properly but they wanted more money.

Worst nail experience of my life. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time. The shop was not clean. After all of that, they tell me they can’t do basic design. Not a single person could draw a line on my nails. They wouldn’t even try. I settled on doing this design after they told me no one could do a marble design. They stated they could only do solid colors. I left with my nails half done because of this. Not to mention multiple people were complaining of their service and quality with some even leaving before me. Please find somewhere else to go.

I got a regular pedicure which was $20. The people working were nice and they was no wait. Everything seemed good until I got to the chair. The chairs were not working properly, they were dirty and just looked nasty so they switched me to another one that looked more decent. Most of the pedicure hurt, I was in so much pain I started bleeding as well. Once I left it didn’t look too bad but when I got home my feet were all peeling and felt rough. My feet were smooth when I had arrived to the nail salon.

They are fast and friendly. But twice I got gel on my nails and it peeled right off in a week. I’ve gone to other places and it has NEVER peeled. In fact when I go for a re-do, it takes a while to even get the gel off, at other places. One lady who does feet, digs into the cuticle so hard, it hurts. Then when you say it hurts, she smiles. I just realized she doesn’t know any English…so there’s that. Then I had to tell the guy to tell her. Because he knows English.

Received a pedicure and I wasn’t impressed. The nail tech was very rough and it was a little painful to say the least. Maybe if you pay for the more expensive pedicure, you may receive a more pleasant experience.
