Assuming the pedicure was 35-50 bucks depending on the French tip it was decent. I really thought this was my to go to place for nails but after this visit I will not be back. Total 110 with French tips and a overlay. I left with little bleeding marks on two fingers from my cuticles. The filing job was so rough that my skin is peeling around my nails. I’ve been here multiple times before and I love that they honor reservations but my manicure was completely rushed and made me very physically uncomfortable from pain.

I was in the salon earlier today and the staff was INCREDIBLY rude with another client. One of the male nail techs tossed her hand, scissors and began yelling at the young lady. It was disgusting. All because she wanted to make sure that she got her nails done the way she liked them. The young lady claimed to had been waiting hours just having her nails soaked and left without the style she wanted in the first place and they tried to force her to pay $80 for terrible service and a completely incorrect design. I was going to get a pedi after my mani but after that I changed my mind. They honestly do a pretty subpar job. They lost 2 customers today.

Critical: QualityI get dipped powder nails all the time and they last at least 3-4 weeks. This was my first time at this location and all my nails were cracked the next day due to too many layers. I called and informed them and they told me to come in when I can and they will fix. I went in 6 days later and they still charged me $45 to fix their mistakes. I will not be returning. As I was paying for their mess up, another lady came in complaining about her nails being cracked and she was there the day before. I NEVER get my nails done, so the hunt for an amazing nail tech has been harder than what I imagined it would be because I don’t know what to ask for. I’m hunting for great nails for my engagement photos and really want them to be perfect for that ring shot. I went last week and had my nails done at a different salon and was underwhelmed with not only the service but the job they did so it left an unpleasant idea of how a touch up would turn out. I went in here today and had Vinny as my tech, he was AMAZING! His attention to detail is above and beyond and he really understood how important this is to me. He carries conversation with his clients, has an extremely personable personality, and wants his clients to leave feeling great about his work. I can’t get over how nice all of the staff was and how helpful they were. Out of all the places I have called and the one place I have visited this wasn’t only the most helpful, but the only salon that actually explained to me what the difference in all of the services were. They take pride in their work and care about their clients. I will definitely go back, and may start getting my nails done more often just for the extraordinary service they provide! Thank you Vinny for giving me one less thing to worry about for our engagement photos tomorrow! You rock!
