I went in for a pedicure. The woman doing my nails was finished with the entire pedicure (cut, shape, “massage”, and color) within 15 minutes of me sitting down. She rushed through and paid no attention to detail. Definitely not worth the cost of $30. I will not return.

This was one of the worst customers service experiences I’ve ever had. I came in to get one my nails repaired. The nail tech was extremely rude. She yanked off my old nail really fast and careless. Didn’t allow it to soak off at all. When I flinched in pain she act like I was inconveniencing her. My nails were white but I noticed that she was dipping my broken nail in a pink color. I told her “ ma’am the rest of my nails are white and your dipping this one in pink.” She brushed me off and told me it was white. After SEVERAL times me telling her this is not the original color of my nails she got up in frustration and got the white color. The repair was so poorly done. It looks like something I could’ve done. Not to mention I have a pink thumb and the rest of my nails were are white. She rushed me out of the door when another customer came in. On top of it all the nail shop was really run down and raggedy. I would never go there again.
