This is my first time getting eyelash extensions here. I have had them done before, somewhere else, but they don’t last as long as they should. Lily is amazing! She listened to what I wanted and also made some suggestions. I wanted a natural look and she suggested to add some hybrid lashes in just to make them a little more fuller. I really like my eyelashes and I’ve already had so many compliments. Thank you Lily!

PLEASE READ if you are considering this business. I feel completely racially profiled by the front receptionist. I walked in with my teen daughter today approximately at 5pm. I asked the lady if they could fit a pedicure, manicure and waxing for myself and my daughter. She asked if we had an appointment as she was looking at her computer monitor and I said no. She then informed me that they are fully booked, never making eye contact with me. I thanked her and left. I went into my car called the same lady on the phone disguising my voice as a country white lady. She not only told me that she has an availability at 6pm she took my phone number to lock in the appointment. This level of disrespect is disgusting and has to stop. I am sick of businesses like this profiling me because of how I look. I will NEVER give a place like this my hard earned money.

My mom and I use this salon on a regular basis and after today we will NEVER be back. My mom had a pedicure and there was a rough piece of debris under her toe polish, so she asked if they could fix it for her. When she came back today to have it repaired, the lady who works the desk told her she was too early and one of the other employees started laughing at my mom with another customer. My mom stood up for herself and that’s when the front desk lady told the pedicurist to STOP fixing my moms toenail and told her to NOT fix it and made my mom leave! This is not how the city of Heath should allow businesses to operate! We spend a good amount money and always tip well, and we did not deserve this kind of treatment. If I could rate them less than one star I would!

Lucy did my gel manicure and was very sweet and precise. All of our pedicures were amazing too. Honestly, I think this is one salon that you can get anyone and would leave happy. Through a Google search I came across Glamour Nails & Lashes. It was close to my house and had great reviews so we decided to try it. We were not disappointed!
