Worst experience. Made an appointment for me and a friend to get pedicures together. We show up and they sit us down, but proceed to do one of us at a time. But yet filled both tubs up. So when my friend did get hers started the water was cold. Our polish was horrible. We both got cut and they dug hard Into our nails. We will never go back.

I was having a very stressful day (it was the day before leaving on vacation, and I was still dealing with difficult clients over the phone) and Thuy was so sweet to me! She offered me a glass of wine so I could relax a little. She then proceeded to give me a perfect set of new nails. It’s been almost 2 weeks and they still look brand new. Poor Customer Service. They were one hour late to start doing my nails. Initially I had a powder on my nails, when I called they told me I could paint over the powder. When the lady actually started to work on my nails she began to take my nails off. When I asked what she was doing , she began to speak in her language and yell and began to slam things. The Nail Technician appeared frustrated, she wrapped foils on my nails which had acetone that was very cold. At some point i couldn’t feel my fingers anymore because of how cold the acetone was. I asked if another Nail Technician can help me. Someone else did help me, they did not even put a new set of nails on me and she charged me $50.00. She said she was giving me a discount from taking my nails off. The staff here is rude, I felt so uncomfortable when I tried to ask for what I wanted, they overprice their services. I will never return here nor recommend. I really wanted to like this place as I live in Town. I will continue to drive out of Town for now.
