Critical: QualityI literally just left and this is how they let me walk out. When I asked why my nails look so bad they told me bc there short and it’s my nails!! Still made me pay for this. Then ignored me so I just left. I used them for years but won’t anymore. Ps when your customers are saying something wrong try to fix it instead of ignoring them. Horrible, i went get acrylic nails and they man did a terrible job. he was burn my fingers with the power file thingy and now i have a cut on top of my finger he also didn’t measure my nails after cutting them now they all are different sizes. i got regular polish and after he put the top coat he told my sister she could pay and he didn’t even dry them they do not a have a dryer for regular polish only gel which i don’t see the difference i literally had to air dry them for a long time and they still wasn’t dry now they are messed up and the polish is just smudged they look terrible…. i will not be going there again!!!!!!!

This place is horrible and the staff is slow. The owner ( big daddy) is very unprofessional and love to make dirty jokes. His wife ( Tracy) done my nails polished them all the way to the skin of my nails. I ask for them to repaint my nails big daddy refused, he told one of his staff members to paint over them, and that just made it worster.The owner and his wife has their people pick. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one this place the customer service sucks, they dont satisfy the customer, but want your money. This was my first and last time.

I have been coming to this place for years. I’m sitting in here right now getting a pedicure but this will be my last. The past couple times they have been tremendously slow. This time there were only three customers in the shop all getting their nails done. The owner sat me down in a pedicure chair and I have been waiting 50 minutes. They are cheap and understaffed. I am pretty sure they do not even sanitize their tools. Place used to be run properly but now is truly a dump. Will never return here again.

This place is the absolute WORST!!! Made me take off my own polish to get a refill and on top of her being so RUDE, she slapped on my polish so fast that you could see ALL of the streaks and air bubbles. Worst place ever!!! They’re lucky I even paid after REPEATEDLY asking her to redo my polish bc it looked so ridiculous, my 6 yr old can do a better job. Plus they “selectively” act like they don’t understand what you’re saying in English. I bet she understood real quick when I put her $10 tip back in my wallet! It made me give it a star but I DONOT recommend this place to ANYONE! Just look at my nails in the pictures! I’ve honestly never had a job done so badly. I also waited in a chair (bc it was empty at a station) for OVER an hour!!!

Please dont go here to get your eyebrows waxed are you will be disappointed as far as the nails they do very good the woman who do your feet waxed your eyebrows good but the new person they have waxing kant , I’m sorry for the four star but that’s the only problem I had but they are very friendly people .
