I got short french tips and was charged $55. I was confused as to why they were so much and in the past I didn’t pay $55 for a longer nails with no-chip. I just wanted clarification so I asked. Tension rose quickly because the owner felt defensive that I was asking in the first place. If a paying customer has questions answer them! I already paid I wasn’t trying to get my money back. I got a pedicure too one foot was scrubbed the other wasnt…how is that possible? I will never return and I will make sure everyone I know knows how rude the owner is! CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Learn what that is! As you can see from the pictures this was jot worth $90 bucks!

I was referred here and the service sucked big time. The Acrylic is thick and not natural. The white paint have air bubbles in it. I told Taylor before I left I did not like my nails and she like oh well. I am standing in the shop doing this review.

First time customer and they did a great job on my pedicure and for a good, reasonable price! They aren’t super chatty but personally I don’t like talking when getting pampered; just wanna chill. I recommend going but don’t expect some fancy place. They do great work and don’t waste any time:)

Customer service here is awful! There’s a mother and daughter work here. The mother services me. My first time going there I got a removal and full set with a pedi and she was so ruff with my pedi. She used this very hard foot scrubber that made my feet very ruff after about a week! I tried talking to make conversations and she clearly ignored me, laughed and started talking in her language (which I believe was Polish) to her daughter. While doing my nails she was very ruff digging in my cuticles till they were tender. When I asked her the prices of everything, she seemed to be upset because I asked how much everything would be. After she was done, I went to pay and tipped her, as she looked surprised and started speaking in her language to her daughter and friend who later showed up there. She never said thank you!

I came across this business by chance as my previous place closed. It was close to the house so I took a chance. So happy that I did! I have know been coming here for many years now – also bringing along my daughter and mother. JoJo is simply fantastic with her nail art skills! I’ll pick a design off pinterest and she can copy it exactly (most times even better!), I don’t even pick out the colors – she takes care of everything! I can’t say enough positive things about Glamour Nails – you’ve a customer for life! 🙂
