Critical: ProfessionalismI have gone here multiple times, one of the nail techs is great but the one near the front who seems to run the place consistently does a horrible job every time i get her it seems like she rushes through to get more people done instead of providing a quality product. this last time i left with nails that looked like my 5 year old niece painted and still had glue on my hands. they never actually take care of your cuticles they just rush through to get your nails done so even if the paint and shape look nice around your nails look terrible.its always disappointing getting results like that when you pay for a service but even more so when you have been a consistent customer for over 2 years which shows they don’t value consistent customers. pricing is also veryyy inconsistent one week it’ll be 45 the next its 35. I have gone here multiple times, one of the nail techs is great but the one near the front who seems to run the place consistently does a horrible job every time i get her it seems like she rushes through to get more people done instead of providing a quality product. this last time i left with nails that looked like my 5 year old niece painted and still had glue on my hands. they never actually take care of your cuticles they just rush through to get your nails done so even if the paint and shape look nice around your nails look terrible.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in and the first thing i noticed was they didnt have any prices listed for anything manicures pedicures or anything. Midway thru my manicure i asked the person helping me what my total was for myself and my friend 2 people came up behind the lady that was helping me and told me 35 and for my friend 45 she was getting a pedicure. Afterwards when we were both finished i calculated my full total was supposed to be 80 dollars. They told me at the end i owe them 100 dollars plus a 1 dollar fee for using a credit card to pay since i did not have cash. I asked them what the extra 20 dollars was for and they claim they “told” me 55 for my friends toes. I said if it was 55 my total would be 90.
