I have been going to this place for a couple months and overall everything has been very great. I see Di and he is always helpful and cares about my nails. They are weak because of all the years that I had fake nails on and he is helpful trying to not hurt them anymore but keeping them protected at the same time so I appreciate that.

I have been to this business twice for a manicure. They speak to me when i come in and never give me any service. This past time, my daughter had her nails done (while I was waiting). I expected once she was finished, i would be called back. But, no, young man went out the back to smoke. Whilst an older man sat in pedicure chair with his feet propped up looking at his phone. Never spoke one word to me. And no other employee spoke to them about me. It really hurt my feelings. Twice! Geesh, guess I’ll my spend my money where its appreciated.

My mom and I came in tonight, around 5:15, both got full sets, and a pedicure (if you could call it that). Neither one of our technicians even scrubbed the dead skin off of our feet, didn’t cut them, or file. We both paid for gel polish, and we barely received a pedicure. Critical: QualityI went in with my natural nails less than 3 weeks ago. I wanted dipped nails because I wanted ombré. The experience was okay but today (again less than 3 weeks ago) my right ring and pinky finger start lifting. I don’t work and have no idea why this is happening. I have no choice but to dip the nails in acetone and remove. Immediately the pain is unreal and once I get the nails off I see how short the nail tech cut my natural nails. I have never been to a nail salon where you walk in and your seated not toemtion they start on you as soon as you sit in the chair. I had a lovely experience here. My friend girls enjoyed themselves as well.
