I did not like the work or skills of the young technician. 2 stars because she managed to finish the dip powder service which I wore for 3 weeks because I had no time to have her redo my nails. Throughout the process she was hitting my nails against the dip jar or with the brush she was holding. She kept correcting/smoothing out the smudges instead of taking off and starting over. The more experienced techs are pretty good there, just was not happy this time. I’ll wait for one whose work I’m familiar with next time, like Chris or Tina.

By far the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I asked for my dip gel nails to be removed and they started to just rip them off and hurt me instead of doing it the proper way with acetone and tin foil. I also asked for a manicure so my nails could be cleaned up and just clear polish. I left with my nails looking horrible and they charged me $30. Would not recommend. To anyone.

Went to Glamour Nails in a pinch. Ask for a design and Nick says he can’t do the design because I need to have gel…What? I said No thank you because I don’t want gel nails. So Nick says I can’t do nail design (a simple butterfly no stones or anything special ) Unfortunately I think he was a schester..trying to get me to purchase more services. This was the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to in my life. My cousin and I went in to get a pedicure. I asked the lady to allow my feet to soak for 2 ton3 minutes before me starting the pedicure. She told me no! She said she has to hurry up so she can help other people. Mind you no customers were waiting or came the whole entire time we were there. Also her and the other girl was talking about my cousin and I and laughing at us. We are black women so it seems that the jokes on us for paying to be disrespected and talked about. The pedicure was supposed to be $29.00, but they surprisingly added a service fee of $1.00. Which I didn’t read any material in their establishment that stated that and was not told in advance. Oh she also move my chair all the way up to her and disrupted my massage too. So my chair massage was interrupted by this evil chick. They are horrible business people with a disdain for black women who pays for the more service and fees that you know nothing about until they run your debit/credit card. Do not patronize with these evil, disrespectful, lying, and corrupt spirited people. You will regret it! I pray that no one in their right mind ever goes into a place like this to get any type of service done. Do yourself a favor go where your respected and valued. Zero stars is not even a review they deserve. They deserve absolutely nothing for how they take and treat innocent people.

Sadly I could not go back to get them redo due to that fact I had to go out of town for a wedding. They do not have a no refund sign in up in the salon, Which I did not what . I just wanted them to fix my nails . I paid $55 just for the pain to start chipping. The man at the first desk told me I’m sorry but I cant help you ” Unless you repay for the same service ” now why in the hell would I do that ? Kelly did my lash extensions (clusters lasted 3 weeks) and I don’t know how she did it I blinked through the whole process lol … she was very professional and patient with me and the price was perfect for My pocket! I missed the fill in process but I will be back for a new set and a full set of acrylic.

This is my first time going to Glamour Nails, I just moved here three days ago. The the customer service was great and everyone was nice. I went in around 6 something and they weren’t very busy. The older guy who did my nails was rushing and he did not file my nails the way I asked. I’d asked for my nails to be square ovalish shaped. He just cut the nails in half and left me with these bulky Square fingernails. The nail polish I had had on previously was not removed all the way so my nails are now pink and black. He didn’t even bother to clean my cuticles so I have lumps of acrylic or gel and glue and pink nail polish that was sloppily done. I was rushed out of the store and dissatisfied.
