Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWent here for the first time yesterday and it was a lovely experience! They are appointment only and scheduled me with no problems same day and I was serviced promptly when I arrived. They were fast and efficient. I got an acrylic refill with gel polish and 4 design nails total and was in and out in under an hour. They did an immaculate job for a very reasonable price ($43). The atmosphere is really nice and clean. I will definitely be returning. They also have a punch card!! Went here for the first time yesterday and it was a lovely experience! They are appointment only and scheduled me with no problems same day and I was serviced promptly when I arrived. They were fast and efficient. I got an acrylic refill with gel polish and 4 design nails total and was in and out in under an hour. They did an immaculate job for a very reasonable price ($43). Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI have went to this nail salon for years and I never had a problem, they were always so nice and did my nails well for the price. I went this past weekend on Saturday, I had an appointment at 1:30 and they didn’t take me to sit in the chair until 2 o’clock. The lady who did my nails I had never seen before but I figured I would give her the chance considering I liked the nail salon, at first glance i liked the nails but when i got into my car my ring finger nails were pointing upwards, not straight. I let it go because I didnt want to sit there even longer than I already was, she had also cut my skin with the drill three times, then a couple hours later my cuticles itched so so so bad!!! I was waking myself up in the middle of the night from me scratching my fingers because they itched so bad. They itched for days and my pinky is bruised under my nail. I woke up on Tuesday and my pinky (the same pinky that she bruised) had tiny little blisters all over the tip of my finger. I put medicine on it to help it stop itching. I called the store to complain and ask for my money back and he asked me to come in so he can see. I work two jobs, I couldn’t just go in that very moment. It is Friday now and 5 of my nails HAVE BROKEN OFF!!! I have went to this nail salon for years and I never had a problem, they were always so nice and did my nails well for the price. I went this past weekend on Saturday, I had an appointment at 1:30 and they didn’t take me to sit in the chair until 2 o’clock.
