I’ve been going to Glamour Nails for 3 years and have always raved about their services. However, recently, I have been thoroughly disappointed. I made an appointment for a mani-pedi in June for the end of July, as I had a family wedding. I ended up getting acrylics in early July while out of town, and didn’t call to change from a mani-pedi to a fill. I realize that this may be an inconvenience, but I felt as though the tech took out her frustration on me, both verbally and in a very rushed job. I put it aside, though, and went back today for another fill. Admittedly, it was overdue, but I had been out of town, and also had COVID when I got back, so I couldn’t go any earlier than today. The tech had to take all of the acrylics off, but when I asked if she could put a new set on in that case, she said no without explaining why. She was pleasant otherwise during the manicure, but I was extremely disappointed with the results. The final paint job was see-through, not painted within the lines of my nails, and had visible streaks (see picture of the color sample, then my nails when I left). My nails were not filed well, and the shape was inconsistent. I went back in and asked for it to be fixed, but the solution was to paint 2 coats of another color over top. As you can see in the final 2 pictures, the nails are still not filed, still out of the lines, and now bumpy and uneven due to 8 layers of polish. I am not the type to continue to complain until they get it right, in fact it took a lot for me to turn around and ask for the original nails to be fixed. I just know for the future I will not be returning somewhere that charges $40 to not provide the nails I asked for.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Valuenot only was my nail technician extremely rude and was very rough with me but she also broke multiple health code violations. she was cutting my nails with the nail clippers and when she cut my finger with them she put them back in the drawer to use again instead of cleaning them and when she glued the cut she didn’t bother using an applicator and just rubbed the tip of the bottle of glue over my cut that was super bloody and then put the bottle of glue with my blood all over it back in the box of nail tips when it should have been thrown away along with her license as a nail tech. she’s violating serious health codes and without a doubt spreading diseases to the people that pay her bills. disgustingnot only was my nail technician extremely rude and was very rough with me but she also broke multiple health code violations. she was cutting my nails with the nail clippers and when she cut my finger with them she put them back in the …More

I was very pleasantly greeted. And although I was a walk in appointment, I sat in the lobby for a half hour waiting for a pedicure, to only be told they did not have time for me today. The lack of communication was highly disappointing.

I’ve been coming here for a year and a half and they’re amazing! I travel for work and recently had my nails done at a place in Buffalo and a place in Albany and I was so unimpressed! My girl Lisa at Glamour Nails does an amazing job! They’re always busy so make sure to make an appt!

Went here on a whim because I desperately needed my nails done. I was very welcomed and the place was very nice and clean. I’m not sure who did my nails because I never got her name. But she was very meticulous while doing them and I love the TV so you can watch and not awkwardly stare at the person doing your nails!! The price was a little higher than where I usually go but definitely would recommend!

Not somewhere where everyone sits in awkward silence! Second time there with Tanya. Enjoyed talking with other clients and techs. Nice feeling of community. They Know what their doing with powder dip. Not only me but everyone around me had excellent looking nails! Highly recommended if you’re sick of stuffy upscale spas with mediocre results.
