i called an hour before i came in asking if they had any open appointments around 5:30-6:00 for a full acrylic set, they said yes. i get there and was told to wait 30 minutes while gina finished with another customer (which was fine) i pick my color as she is removing my previous set from my left hand and she had cut open the nail on my thumb because she didn’t properly soak off the acrylic (she had decided it was easier to chip it off with a nail tip and file it) she then took leftover acrylic from my nail and glued it over the cut which was bleeding. the nails came out nice which was no surprise but the lack of cleanliness and care was unacceptable. i have been going to this salon all the time since i was 13 years old get acrylic nails and NEVER have i had any of the techs cut open my nail. she charged me $55 for a simple square set with an accent nail. this was an exact set i got one year prior which only costed me $35. thank god i didn’t get a fungal infection because of this lady’s carelessness. if you are going to book with this salon, please ask for tammy she’s careful and takes her time to make sure you’re happy with your nails and that you get what you ask for.

The man did my nails very sloppy job and had a few cuts on my fingers. I went in to get my nails done for my anniversary and was very disappointed. It was a simple gel polish. The lady was very unprofessional and rude. Bad customer service. Make sure you double check on pricing coz they overcharge you with out explanations and argue unreasonably to pay.
