Critical: ProfessionalismThe first visit, I had the woman right near the front door and she did an amazing job. Second visit, I had the second woman from the door and I had the weirdest experience – she told me the first color was out of stock, and then when I picked another, she said it was ugly and was hoping I would pick a different color. When I picked the 3rd color, she told me that she would pick out other options because it was ugly and boring. Next, I had DD coffee before and my hands were slightly shaky so she would yank them towards her and look me in the eyes like she was scolding me. Finally, I told her not to do the nail beds and she didn’t care and did it anyway to the point that they were raw and hurt with the alcohol, but at that point I was so annoyed and wanted to leave ASAP. Omg!!! I totally love this place went to get a pedicure. They actually use the rocks to message your legs as well. It’s a big place and very clean.

This is my first time in this nail salon ( Glamour Nails) I went there for gel filling and they did such a great job on my nail with really reasonable price. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t have any appointment and was really late near to closing time but they took good care of me. Definitely, I’m gonna go there again. highly recommend

My mom typically comes here with no issues. Tonight we came for a basic mani/pedi and i could not be more disappointed with the service i received. The woman i had was clearly rushing; cut my toes, didnt listen to any of requests regarding my calluses or nail shape. My manicure was worse; none of my nails are uniform, cuticles and hangnails are still messy and untouched, and she didnt listen to me either when i asked her to cut my nails down to make them all match. To make matters worse, after i checked out (tipped her 18%) she had a manager come over and say she was charging me $6 extra for the “type of polish” used. I did NOT get a gel manicure, used basic polish. But the staff wouldnt hear it. I work in this industry as well, i understand not liking the tip you receive. But if you cant reflect on the service you actually provided, then you wont go far. My family will not be coming back here.

Got a fill with gel and a creative pedicure. I normally go to royal in Raynham it’s a bit more pricey but it WORTH it. I came here just because I didn’t want to go all the way to Raynham. It already looks like I need a fill the gel polish isn’t even near my skin! It’s also all under my nails this is the sloppiest gel manicure I have ever had. It’s not like the guy should have been rushing either because I was the only customer they are also super thick it’s already annoying. The pedicure was pathetic compared to royals my aunt started hers before mine and yet I was done before her. For $35 I’d like a little bit more effort put into it.
