Glamour nails is so great! The salon is very big and clean. It’s always busy in there (in a good way). The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Paul and Nancy are my favorites! They really take the time to do my nails well and cleanly. Prices are relatively fair, too!

Positive: Cleanliness, QualityI have been going to Glamour Nails almost every month for dip manicures and gel pedicures for about 2+ years now and I have almost always had a wonderful experience.The nail techs are very kind and patient and Nancy, the owner, is so friendly. Was my first time getting a dip powder. My nails are soft and break often. Place was quite busy but promptly attended, without much wait time. Thuy(Kathy) was pleasant and advised on suitable option for my nail condition and did tip extension since my nails length was uneven. She took time and did my nails, no rush..which I usually see other mail salons do when it’s crowded. Have heard good dip stays longer than 2-3 weeks, will observe and update the review

I recently came in and got dip, and it was my first time getting my nails done. The tech, who seemed to be in a huge rush, used the efile on my natural nails. It is apparently quite common, but I wasn’t aware that it can also be easy to overdo, until later that night my nails began hurting. All of last week my nail beds were so sore, and there is a “ring of fire” at the bottom of my nails, which happens when the red bled cells under your nails become visible from overfiling. I wish I could go back in time and not come here.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityHorrrrible! I have been coming here for 20 years now and I called to make 3 mani pedi appointment a week in advance.. when I got there they said the girl I booked with had left and gave me a new girl. She cut my skin 4 times and when I asked to have someone else do it, they said they can’t and just painted my nails and called it a pedi and mani… but they charged me the full price of mani pedi. They didn’t even cut my cuticles, when I said something the women laughed and said that’s because I’m not doing a manicure I’m doing polish change. I told her then why did she change me for a manicure and she said next time you come I will do it for you.. we are closing soon. I told the female owner and she said she had no one to do my nails and next time they can do it. Never going back again! They didn’t do my nails and took my money and the paint that they did came out like this.. please see the pic above. I have been coming here for 20 years now and I called to make 3 mani pedi appointment a week in advance.. when I got there they said the girl I booked with had left and gave me a new girl. Critical: QualityI came here for a full set on 1/5/22… they looked very nice, I was happy with them. One week later 1/12/22 two of them broke. I called to get them fixed and a different professional did the two broken ones, I could instantly see the difference from the two broken ones, they felt thicker. I’m certain that’s why I didn’t feel the first two break at all, the lady did them too thin. Another one broke on 1/15/22 just 3 days after being there the second time and at that point I was over it. They were busy so the nail tech was toggling between me and a gel soak off. After she was done with my nail that broke, I noticed it was crocked but I didn’t care just wanted to leave at this point. I just couldn’t believe I had to go there 3 times within a week. I guess it does matter which tech you choose. I called to get them fixed and a different professional did the two broken ones, I could instantly see the difference from the two broken ones, they felt thicker.
