I just came back from this salon. What a horrendous experience. This girl came out and started to do my nail. It was a simple gel manicure. Suddenly I felt pain in my finger. She had cut a portion on my skin along with cuticle. It kept bleeding. She did say sorry but at first completely denied of the fact that it’s cut. Once my blood started to ooze out she then apologized.
