I will not be back. Used them once before and they were ok. This time they were incredibly slow. Took two and a half hours to get a fill and a pedicure. He cut and burned me with the nail file multiple times. Deep cut on my pinky that he dug into with one of his nails. They couldn’t do any of the simple designs I asked for (I wanted a pumpkin) asked for almond nails and he didn’t understand (I got round nails) and ended up just getting a plain color because they couldn’t do anything else. Very very very disappointed. I do not recommend.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. The whole experience has been a complete nightmare. I have infected cuts on my fingers because the guy doing my nails either didn’t know what he was doing or he was too busy focusing on everything else besides my nails. He also complained multiple times that doing my nails was “so much work and very expensive” and that his back hurt. If I am going to be paying you to do my nails, you should be doing the work without complaining and trying to guilt trip me to change my mind on what I want. Plus after doing some research I found that Glamour Nails and Spa’s License has been cancelled since 2007!!! They are operating illegally and I hope they get shut down and fined heavily for that. I will be going in tomorrow to get a full refund and if they don’t give me my money back I will be disputing the charges with my bank. I will also be calling the state board to file a complaint. I am going on 2 days of incredibly sore fingers and treating infection. I posted a review on facebook and there were multiple women that said the same kind of thing happened to them. Even one of them had her fingers butchered by the same guy I did! Absolutely disgusting! This guy shouldn’t be doing nails at all. The picture of 2 sets of nails, the top set of nails is what was expected and the second set are mine that were done. I hope my posts and the steps I take will prevent this from happening to anyone else.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityMy mom went over to get a pedicure done. She came back and was not happy with her results. She paid $40 for a gel pedicure in which the nail polish did not cover her toe nails completely. They are charging $40 for a gel pedicure for it to look like a 7 year old did it. I would most definitely not recommend this place. Unfortunately, my mom made the mistake of not looking this place up to read the reviews to make sure the place wasn’t at the bottom, so please don’t make this same mistake. They are charging $40 for a gel pedicure for it to look like a 7 year old did it. I would most definitely not recommend this place. Unfortunately, my mom made the mistake of not looking this place up to read the reviews to make sure the place wasn’t at the bottom, so please don’t make this same mistake. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI cannot stress this enough: DO NOT GO HERE! I didn’t read the reviews. If I had, I wouldn’t have gone. I’ve wasted money and time. My nails look like a 3rd grader did them. They are crooked, he cut me in several places, was yanking my hand around the entire time. How is this place still open??? All pictures shown are AFTER I asked for him to fix my nails. This was $47? Unfortunately I paid in cash and because of that will have to file a claim with BBB to get my money back. I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT GO HERE! I didn’t read the reviews. If I had, I wouldn’t have gone. I’ve wasted money and time. My nails look like a 3rd grader did them. Maybe only one or two technicians are nice and talk to you the rest dont. Although I do admit they squeeze anyone in no matter how busy they are …the customer service is not the greatest. My acrylics came off in 2 days and when I went back to have it fixed they told me the original technician wasn’t in and if another technician fixes my nails I’d have to pay them. Told myself I’d never go back but decided to give them one more chance went today and one of them did my pedicure in a very rushy ( I dont feel like doing this) manner, I maybe got a 2 minute message on each leg despite me paying extra for an upgraded pedicure. She did not clean or scrub the bottom of my feet that well. In fact looking down at the bottom of my feet they’re still alot of dead skin and dirt and despite all that I had the audacity to give them a tip and I should of never done that! Won’t be going back I’ll travel far for better service.

I had 1 lady working on my pedicure while another worked on my manicure. The toe lady kept leaving so the water for my feet got cold. Then she left me to go work on another new customer. I hated my manicure, it looked awful. It took them so long that I just paid and left. The place is dirty. When they waxed my eyebrows, they wouldn’t offer me a mirror just said I was done. The room was disgusting, brown liquid was all over the walls. Nobody cleans in this place? This place has really gone down!

I was a loyal customer to Tim, which is the one who runs the shop. However, one time in particular , he tried new Acrylic powder he had ordered on one of my fingers and I noticed my nail will crack easy. Me, being nice I still continued to go to him , even after seeing how easy my nails would break . Not too long ago I went in for my usual full set with tim and a week later my nail had broke and I went in to get it fixed. Then, not even a week later the SAME exact nail broke again and all I did was put on my tennis shoes. There is no reason my nail should break that easy . So at this point I’m upset and called to tell him to fix it free of charge and he sounded like he didn’t want to do it but said he would over there phone! So when I got there, he fixed it and tried to say it’s going to cost $5 to paint ONE nail to match the color I already had which was a complete lie because he didn’t charge $5 the first time I went , he only charged the regular $5 it costs for nail repair and even fixed the nail polish on all my nails. Well to be honest, I would say that I’m actually quite attracted by this place. So amazing! This is the first time I’ve been here but I must say that I will come back for more pampering in the future as soon as I can. Great and prompt service! Salon is very clean which is very important to me. Love it. Staffs are so nice, excellent at painting and make you feel welcome. I always feel happy because they were chatting with me during painting time. I’ll suggest to my friends about this salon. Two thumbs up!
