This weekend was my first time going to Glamour nails. I made a day-of appointment. They were able to get me the time I wanted and were on time! My appointment was with Vivian, she took her time to make sure I was happy with the result. I will definitely be going back!

I came here last week Wednesday to get Dip done after a friend gave me a gift card for my birthday. I had three nail tips break within the week and came in to get them fixed and not only was I greeted BOTH times with friendly service but was taken care of no charge for the repair. $55 for just a basic acrylic set. Application is fine, nothing special. Randy who did my nails was the most rude person who has ever done my nails. I wanted a simple design and he told me the design that I wanted was “fugly” and was very hard on my hands. No lotion or washing hands or anything after service. Kevin who did my sisters nails was rude too. Everyone who did our nails (Kevin, Randy, an older gentleman) seemed like they were in the worst mood and We were an inconvenience. The owner welcomed other people except us. If you don’t care for how they treat you and for basic services this is the place for you. I rather go to CQ nails across the street, at least they’ll be friendly towards you.

Best nail place in oconomowoc! I’ve never had to wait more than 5 mins, I’ve always been greeted and welcomed with friendly staff. They do amazing work here! The prices are great too given the quality of the work.

First id like to say wow for the amazing staff and I love my nails. I made the mistake by bringing my baby but glamour nails employees were so patient with me when baby was just not having it and needed to be held. I even went as far as to try and tip the woman who soothed my baby but she wouldn’t accept, but I really do appreciate everything she did while I got my nails done! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for going above and beyond for my baby and I when it wasn’t your job. I’ll definitely be back again but next time no baby lol.

Just paid $105 to immediately leave get in my car and cry. I loved coming when it first opened and have been loyal the whole time. However, in the last months no matter what time of day I feel like I’m inconveniencing them and they are in a hurry to get to the next one or to be done for the day. I have always called ahead and scheduled appointments. I try to do my nails as my one personal relaxation thing even though it’s expensive, which keeps me coming back to glamour as the prices are always decent. Tonight I upgraded my pedicure and I regret doing so as nothing more/special/extra was done other than I got a packet lotion verses the general lotion. The hot wax bags that are put on your feet is one of my favorite parts except tonight was put on AFTER the lady had already painted my toes so now I am picking wax off and washing my feet. Then we move to the nails for a gel fill on my real nails. When getting up one of the tips snapped on the side so told the tech immediately before starting. During the whole time of doing the fill nothing was adjusted changed or done about the chip and yet is still there so I will take care of it myself once I get home. Upon the final file of top coat the tech bumped my nail with the file so now I have a buff mark but again, which was ironic after being barked at when putting my hand into the “dryer” neon to not touch anything but I will fix myself along with the tip of my other hand on one of the fingers is bumpy from the dust never being brushed off and just painted over as. No lotion was massaged on my hands afterwards or anything. Just stood up and said ok all done and walked to the front for payment. Needless to say, if and when I would ever come back, if Nina or Hailey aren’t available I will find somewhere else to go or wait for their next opening.

Was there for 2.5 hours for a mani and pedi. I had an appointment made for noon. They kept accepting walk-ins and helping them over me: Paul did my dip with tips and kept getting up walking to the back of the store during my appointment instead of focusing on my nails and getting me taken care of. Will not return. Poor communication. Manicure, Pedicure
