I got here pretty close to closing time without realizing it. They still serviced me without saying anything. They were extremely kind and gentle. Took their time making sure the quality of the nails was good even tho they were closed. My manicure and pedicure came out great. Amazing work and customer service. I will definitely be coming back. I love this nail salon. I have known the owner since I was 14. His name is Nat and he’s the only person who I let do my nails! He does amazing. His wife is so sweet and so is everyone else in the nail salon. I will always come here! They do exactly what you ask for! 🙂

2 complaints for starters we had 2 appointments scheduled. My mom gets dismissed from her appointment because apparently they didn’t understand me over the phone or just completely ignored her. One of the employees kept asking a customer for PPP application help, constantly getting up while doing a pedicure for another customer. You can tell the customer was getting frustrated that their services were not getting met. After my mom waiting for over an hour they told her that they can change her color. The worst part was that these were my new set for my birthday and they look horrendous. She used waayyyy to much powder product and they looked way to bumpy. After I told her to fix it she tells me later then never does. The coffin literally looks like oval! Please learn a new technique and don’t do nails.

I called made an appointment with the man and I told him exactly what I wanted full set powder and he said $30 I came in and when I was leaving ready to pay he said it’s $45 I asked why and he said only regular powder is $30. What did I get then ? And what is regular powder?? I think that should of been explained to me on the phone and upon arrival also the man was rude and short I couldn’t understand him after he said that he kept talking then of course started to talk in his language across the room… super awkward and rude. I will never come back
