Went there to get mani pedi with but got persuaded to add paraffin wax (coz y not I deserve it), I came in with no other customer and after 20 mins 1 new customer came in they suddenly rush everything my French nail all crookedly lined(nail polish poorly applied and it’s only on a 6 nails) so I ask if she can fix it for me coz it’s really bad the lady who did my toes(not gel) is nice enough and did a good job on my toes but when she tried redoing my hands coz the other lady who previously do it is serving the new customer and even says (baby Its your nail shape) and I was like it’s not the shape, I’m talking about the gel nail polish u applied is wonky. She keep talking. in Vietnamese . And then another customer came, the lady who redoing the gel nail polish rush filing the polish off (lavander color French nail) and scrape off some gel nxt to the French design and just apply the gloss to cover the scrape which makes it more poorly done. I’m so disappointed i know they don’t want customer to wait but atleast do it right,I’m a paying customer too I just let it go and pay the $100.00 they charge me and still tip. So disappointed

My nails were all crooked and longer than I wanted. It took WAY to long to get just regular nails. I didn’t want dip but after having pushed on me several times I just accepted it. I honestly thought about getting up and leaving multiple times and I should of. Would have saved 3 hours and money. I asked to have 4 different nails fixed multiple times but I clearly wasn’t getting through. Almost every finger is a different length. There was another nail tech in there but she couldn’t care less about helping out at all. I wish I would have left or gone anywhere else. The lady who did my nails was apologetic and she was nice but I wouldn’t go there again.

New polishes and chairs. The first time I got a pedicure, it was the deluxe pedicure with citrus paraffin wax to smooth and soften my feet. I was especially impressed with the great customer service from Rose. She was sweet and did a great job making sure to check I was comfortable. I was so impressed I drove all the way from Aina Haina. The second time Lina did my nails. I recognized Lina from my previous visit. She was so friendly and bubbly although I wasn’t her client. Lina did a phenomenal job on my nails. I decided to try the dip extensions for the first time. I was indecisive but after showing her a couple pictures she did a even better job than I hoped. This has become my new go to place. Amazing interior, great quality services, and exceptional staff!
