Absolutely awful. They priced me 30 for gel manicure. Which was amazing. I went back for a color change 3 weeks later and they charged me $45. Made no sense. The girl that did it told me it would be cheaper then the owner decided to increase the prices on the spot. It made no sense. I also got my first time pedicure there and they made two of my toes bleed and it just wasn’t pleasing. The massage chair was good though! One bright side! Also my nails are completely streaky. Dark blotchy areas both toes and fingers. If i didn’t get screwed with pricing I wouldn’t have been so upset. Also, the place is just dirty. It needs a deep clean, not just the building but the tools, seats etc. just everything. It was only my second time there but definitely my last.

I’m a long time customer, however, I stopped getting my nails done there years ago, because of price discrepancies. But; I continued as a customer for my brows. Well; yesterday I went for a gel pedicure, and gel refill with cut down and five colors. I asked the lady doing my nails how much would it be prior to doing it, she told me $25 +$10 for the different colors. But, when her shift was over, she left and when I was done with my pedicure I asked the price. The owner changed all the prices around, and when I told her that’s not what the lady told me, she tried to argue that maybe I didn’t hear her correctly because she was talking low from surgery. So, I said no, I repeated the price back to her when she quoted it to me, so there wasn’t a misunderstanding. She said my total came to $98, so then she said, I’ll call the lady, when she called, she said something in her language to the girl, and then the girl started saying it was the price the owner changed it to. I do not like to be taken advantage of. So I tried to converse and tell her how unprofessional that is, because the customer is left to pay the difference of the price quoted. So she writes everything on a napkin and says, if you call a nail salon and the price cheaper, I’ll give you your $100 back. So I showed her my cash app transaction where I got more done and paid $80. She ignored that and didn’t give my money back, of course. So then she writes the breakdown and it’s totally different from what she told me verbally. And something told me to add it up, and according to what she wrote she overcharged me by $2. I should be petty and go get my $2, but instead, I’m writing this review. Lastly; the place is dirty and needs to be inspected for cleanliness. STOP taking advantage of your customers. Attached is the prices she wrote down after me being told two different set of prices verbally … they use to have prices posted and took it down. They’re now charging crazy prices regardless of what another employee quoted you. There use to be a price board up, but that’s taken down.

This place is discussing! They don’t Sterilize their tools! The nail tech filed my nails and then cut it. I am pretty it supposed to be the other way around. Just a poor service. Save your money go somewhere else. I won’t be back again. The state health department needs to inspect this place. Manicure, Pedicure

Critical: Quality, ValueI feel bad to have to post a bad review, but it will save someone else from a similar experience. I called to see if they had any appointments open for a pedicure. She said to come over in 15 mins. That was fine because I live across the street. This was the most rushed and unsatisfied pedicure I think I ever had. If they didn’t have time they should have just did that. This experience was not relaxing at all! She didn’t even do the bottom of my feet until I asked her to and even then she literally took maybe 5 seconds and did it to pretty much say she did it. Plus she cut my one toe and it was bleeding. And not to mention a gel pedicure is $42!
