First time in this salon and found it very welcoming and relaxing. Convenient location right by Grassa Gramma and Rodeo Drive with plenty of parking. Walked right in on a Wednesday morning and Leo did a great on my nails. Same price as what I’d paid at a Salon in Springhurst. Definitely will return again for gel manicures. Gel manicures

Critical: ProfessionalismUnder the new ownership I have been disappointed to say it lightly. I’ve been berated by the new owner for asking for a tip and dip nail, so I went with his suggestion. Acrylic nails. Which are super hard on my nail bed and I prefer not to have that. I’ve been directly quoted $75 for a FULL NEW set. Today, I went in for a fill in and a gel polish change and he quoted me again, $75. I mentioned this to Lynn (who is very sweet) and she seemed uncomfortable with it too. Officially they only charged me $60. Pricing needs to be transparent. Not just on a whim. Also, my pinky nail lengths are DRASTICALLY different. ALSO you did not quote me the same prices for the same services as I came in asking for a different service, your claim on this is false. Paid $120 for a pedicure and fill in ( OVER PRICED) I get it , location so let’s charge more but I feel I was ripped off ! My nail broke within two days and they wanted to charge me $15 dollars for ONE FIX because of “length” absolutely not my fill in doesn’t even look FILLED IN ! My nails are uneven and not shaved down enough leaving my nails thick and ugly ! My pedicure how ever was amazing . Just don’t waste your time here.
