I love going here and get great looking nails each and every time. Haven’t gone anywhere else that is able to get me in and out with beautiful nails in under an hour. They are also really nice and try to get to know you. They have also been great with all the new COVID guidelines and I feel safe going here.

I have been going to this salon for two years I have never had a problem until last week. The young man who did my nails spoke to me rudely when i accidentally moved my hand. Although I asked for square nails, the corners are sharp and not rounded. As soon as I got home and put on my glasses, realized that I had to remove the polish he applied. Part of the nail had two coats and the outer 1/4″ only had one coat. I have never had a “professional” apply polish so poorly.

I have been a loyal customer for five years. Sunday I came in for a full set of next gen and they came out crooked, with the wrong shape all together. I kept telling them the shape was wrong but nobody listened to me and the nails didn’t come out -that- bad. two days later one fell off. I came in yesterday to get a new set because as I said, they were the wrong shape, crooked, and one fell off. I’m a server and I can’t have nails coming off after two days. The owner wanted to charge me for a full set and after I complained, she ended up charging me $25. I have spent $75 all together this week for a set of mediocre nails. I told the owner I wasn’t coming back and she didn’t seem to mind. Take your money elsewhere the service and quality sucks.

Worst manicure ever. I went in and was seated immediately however I felt rushed and neglected. There was a lady going back and forth between the 3 of us getting dip. I had shavings from the drill all over me. My arms, my dress, and in my hair. It was a mess. Next a guy came to shape and file my nails. He was so rough, I was almost in tears. I left unhappy and with polish all over my hands.

Horrible. One person working on too many people at once, bouncing from person to person. My daughter had dipped nails with tips and was told that the manicurist would be right back in 5 minutes several times DURING her manicure. Her nails turned out awful. She didn’t like them so we went back to just have them taken off, I didn’t even ask for my money back, and the lady would’ve take them off. She tried to “fix” them but made it worse. Now my daughters nail hurts, and looks awful and I’m goin to have to pay someone else to take them off! I’ll never be back or recommend this place.

Went here for the high rating, left disappointed and in pain. The younger guy that did my nails rushed through the job and really butchered my cuticles. I thought it was only 4 at first but when I got home I saw nearly every nail has damage to the cuticle. I told him this after he finished, my hands are in water all the time so this can and likely will give me nail infections. He didn’t seem to care, almost laughed it off. The lady that runs the front was very nice but didn’t offer a discount or anything so I left feeling a bit ripped off. This is the problem when you’re working somewhere just to make money, not because you are passionate about it. As a hair and makeup artist I appreciate people who are passionate about their craft and care about how the client feels, not just trying to get the job done so they can go home. So hard to find great nail tech’s, the search continues.

My husband and I just went into Glamor Nail for his first pedicure and probably my 1000th pedicure…Best experience ever… Ken was my technician and he was simply amazing. I am all about the massage part since I work on my feet…incredible actually…left relaxed and my toes were on point…My husband loved his first pedicure so much he wants to go back once a month!! He is such a macho guy and I was wondering how he would do…well they created a monster!! Great prices and excellent service. I highly recommend Highland Nails and especially Ken!!
