I booked my appt online and paid in advance to secure my visit. My appt was 9 am and I go to there 10 mins early. I saw that the location was closed so I waited until 9 am. It was then 9:05 and no one was there. At that point I decided to call and there was no answer, so left a message. I also sent a text. I got no response. I waited a total of 30 mins with no response. Please don’t pay in advance. Very disappointed
