I went in to ask for caramel balayage and came out with peach highlights I spent $180. I left thinking if I ask her to fix it she would find a way to mess it up and then had to go spend more money on them. True disappointment! I didn’t even bother to take a picture I had my hair fixed within the next two days but my hair was left super unhealthy and fried so I had to chop it off to a bob.

They messed up my daughters hair. I should have just waited for the lady that cut my other daughters hair, she took good instructions on how I wanted her hair. But other then that, the workers are really nice. Can’t wait for my daughters hair to grow out, it looks horrible! 🙁 Haircut

The Studio is 5 minutes from my house in the Red Bird area of Duncanville. My wait was less then 4 minutes. Adela was my stylist. She was very pleasant, professional and gave me a great cut and style. The salon was very bright (many windows) and sparkling clean and fresh. I will visit again. Today was my 1st visit. I called and was told to come right in. The Studio is 5 minutes from my house in the Red Bird area of Duncanville. My wait was less then 4 minutes. Adela was my stylist. She was very pleasant, professional and gave me a great cut and style. The salon was very bright (many windows) and sparkling clean and fresh. I will visit again. This is my new go to salon!

I had been coming here for my hair cuts but since I moved away from duncanville I stopped since I did not want to make the drive. Well I had a new person cut my hair and it was horrible! It looked chopped up and just terrible. I came in to see if they could fix it and from the beginning the stylist was very honest with me and tried her best to get me the hair cut I wanted! Now I did mention my hair was bad so a second stylist got involved to make sure I had a haircut I was happy with! I’m very thankful to these ladies for taking the time to work with my hair and make sure I have a presentable haircut that I love! The drive is very worth it! The stylist names are Raquel and Adela. They are wonderful!
